Day 3 of the World Dairy Summit 2018 saw four parallel conferences being held on Food Safety, Environment, ICT Smart Farm and Marketing.

The conference on Food Safety featured talks on practical management for the safety of dairy foods, while the conference on Environment focused on sustainable dairy and environmental issues.

ICT Smart Farm examined the impact of the Internet of Things, big data and bio-sensors to enhance farming technology and efficiency. The Marketing Conference looked at food trends, and the challenges and opportunities for dairy worldwide.
