Without proper reservation, we cannot guarantee your attendance. Reception Town Hall

The historic town hall on the Market Square will serve as the venue for a reception hosted by the city of Maastricht. A masterpiece created by the Dutch architect, Pieter Post, the town hall dates back to 1659-64. All participants and their partners are invited to attend the reception. Space is limited. Early registration is advised.

Conference Dinner

Set in the picturesque Jeker Valley along the Belgian border, Château Neercanne is the only terraced castle in The Netherlands, It was built in 1698 by then Governor of Maastricht, Baron Daniël de Dopff to impress guests that included Czar Peter the Great. Participants and their partners are encouraged to savor the culinary delights and glowing ambiance of the elegant Château Neercanne.

Cancellation and Refunds, Social Program

The Conference Managers must be notified in writing of cancellations on or before 15 April 2005. Payment will be refunded after the conference, minus an administration fee of € 50,00. For cancellations made after 15 April 2005, no refunds can be made.
