Proceedings
A CD-Rom of the proceedings is included in your registration fee. If you would like to receive a hard copy, you may order the book (through the registration form) for an additional charge of € 100,00.
Please read payment instructions carefully. Upon receipt of the registration forms and payment, the Conference Management will send confirmation of your registration.

Full Registration entitles delegates to the following:
- Admission to all conference sessions

- Mayor’s reception on Monday, 13 June 2005
- Delegate bag
- A copy of the proceedings on CD-Rom
- Free public transportation (with conference badge) for each day of conference
Single Day Registration entitles delegates to the following:
- Admission to all sessions for day of attendance
- Coffee/tea breaks for day of attendance
- Lunch on day of attendance
- Mayor’s reception on Monday, 13 June 2005
- Delegate bag
Student Registration entitles delegates to the following:
- Admission to all conference sessions
- Coffee/tea breaks daily
- Lunch daily
- Mayor’s reception on Monday, 13 June 2005
- Delegate bag
- Free public transportation (with conference badge) for each day of conference
Partner Registration entitles persons to the following:
- Welcome reception on Sunday, 12 June 2005
- Mayor’s reception on Monday, 13 June 2005
- Bag
- Shopping Experience Maastricht, Wednesday 15 June 2005
- Free public transportation (with conference badge) for each day of conference (Partners will not be admitted into the scientific sessions.)
Payment of registration fees, social events and excursions in EURO, should be made in advance:
- Preferably by Credit Card (Master/Euro card, Visa, American Express)
- By bank transfer to ABN-AMRO BANK N.V., The Hague, The Netherlands, IBAN code: NL51ABNA0481633936, SWIFT (BIC) Code: ABNANL2A, Netherlands National Committee of the IDF, clearly stating the participant’s name.
Payments by cheque will not be accepted.
Confirmation of Registration
Upon receipt of the registration forms and payment, the Conference Management will send confirmation of your registration.
Cancellation and Refunds
The Conference Management must be notified in writing of cancellations on or before 15 April 2005. Payment will be refunded after the conference, minus an administration fee of € 50,00. For cancellations made after 15 April 2005, no refunds can be made.
