Poster session during the Conference

At the Conference, there will be a large exhibition hall. In this hall, both business exhibitions as well as posters can be found. In a central area in this hall, coffee, tea and lunch breaks will be held. The posters may be exhibited during the whole Conference. The poster session will be held on Tuesday June 14, form 13.00 until 15.30 hours, just after lunch. You are requested to be present at your poster during this session.

Poster size and setup

Poster boards have the size of 1.5 meter by 1 meter (height X width). This is the maximum size of posters. We advise you to design a poster in the size A0 (approximately 120 cm X 84 cm) in portrait. When designing your poster, please make sure that the poster gives an overview of your work at a glance. It is better to present few data in a clear way than too much data in an incomprehensible way. By making a clear and comprehensible poster, people looking at it get an overview of your data and conclusions easily, which stimulates discussion and exchange of views.

Procedures

When you register at the beginning of the Conference, you will receive the number of your poster. The poster panels have been numbered accordingly. This means that you have to use the poster board with the corresponding number. The same number is also used in the Conference Program booklet. Posters with the same subject (session) will be grouped together as much as possible. Material to attach your poster on the panel will be provided at the Conference during registration. You can attach your poster during the whole Conference. Posters should be removed on Wednesday afternoon June 15, by 16.30 hours. If you do not remove it we will and we do not guarantee that you will get your poster back.
