All National Committees are represented in the General Assembly, which is the supreme authority.

A Board of Directors, contributing to the development and to the achievement of objectives, and a Science and Programme Coordination Committee, ensuring coordination and supervision of the scientific, technical and economic consideration of dairy issues, are regularly elected by the General Assembly.

The daily management comprising the organization and administration of the IDF Head Office, current affairs and the general coordination of activities, are the responsibility of the Director General. Please click here to meet the IDF Head Office staff.
