Ordering and Subscribing - FAQs
If I or my customer already placed an order before the change to e-publishing, what should I do?
First decide if you want to reconsider your order and move to e-publishing.
- You decide to subscribe to IDF electronic publications, send us an e-mail at orders@fil-idf.org with the original order number, a contact name and e-mail to which we can send the login information. The login will give you immediate access to the available articles.
- You confirm your paper subscription by sending an e-mail with your order number to orders@fil-idf.org. Your order for 2013 will be recorded and the first set of publications will be mailed on 31 March 2013.
If I subscribe to publications in electronic form, how will I receive them?
They will be downloadable in PDF format from a secure website with the login information. We will send you an e-mail when your payment has been received. This e-mail will give you your login and practical details for downloading. Articles of the year you have subscribed to are permanently accessible.
I want to order an individual article in electronic form, how will I get it?
After payment, you will receive an e-mail with a link valid for 30 days allowing you to access it.
If I subscribe to publications in electronic form, can I print them?
Yes, layout is printer-friendly.
If I subscribe to publications in printed form, when do I receive them?
In 2013, articles will not be sent as they become available but grouped and dispatched at quarterly intervals (31 March 2013, 30 June 2013, 30 September 2013 and 20 December 2013).
If I want to order an individual article (from Bulletin 393 onwards) in printed form, what should I do?
Please contact us at orders@fil-idf.org . Please note that extra costs (handling, production and dispatch) will be charged and added to the price indicated in the online catalogue.
